A sporting trail on the Cap Sicie massif, to discover the Fabrégas beach, the chapel, the coastal path...

From the beach of Fabrégas, you can reach Notre-Dame-du-Mai (on the commune of Six-Fours - can be visited in May) by the sentier du Littoral. The route is quite strenuous but the view from the chapel is breathtaking: a 360° panorama! Count 5 hours round trip. For the less athletic, a road (accessible only outside the summer period) leads almost to the top and the walk is pleasant for the whole family, with its scents and natural treasures!

très jolie balade où du sommet du cap sicié, on voit coté est les îles d'hyères, la presqu'île de giens, toulon et sa rade, les sommets toulonnais tandis que coté ouest vue sur Sanry, Bandol, la ciotat : c'est sublime.
seul bémol, c'est souvent fermé l'été voir en automne, c'est vraiment dommage.
cette balade est facile en partant du zoo de janas.

la foret et les sentiers sont en communes avec Six Fours les plages, mais sont encore plus escarpé que le coté du Six Fours. Nous avons vraiment galéré avec des enfants. En revanche, le paysage est très joli

Superbe forêt suplombant la mer où de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de VTT la sillonnent : attention aux sangliers, alors évitez de partir avec un chien car très dangereux
