The estate covers more than 20 hectares, in a valley at the foot of the Maures massif. Owned by the Sauron family since 1836, this former farm of the Carthusian monks of the Verne produces red and rosé wines from the traditional grape varieties, grenache, cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, carignan, mourvèdre and white wines, with semillon, rolle vermentino, complemented by ugni blanc. The Marcel Galfard rosé cuvée represents the heart of the range and the Clos Siouvette, more confidential, represents the most beautiful expression of the terroir.

The fire had destroyed everything in August 2021, but the production of micro sprouts has resumed and is operational. You will be able to use again the powerful tastes and the subtle flavours of the micro sprouts, extremely nutritive and very digestible, rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements. So many sprouts that will enhance and accompany your salads, raw vegetables, grilled meats, fish, cheese ... Available at Jardin de la Piboule in Cogolin, at Botanic in Sainte-Maxime, at Bio and Co in La Valette du Var.
