Christian Atelin, the chef de cuisine, exerts beautiful regional cuisine inspired by Provence and seafood products: duck magret of season fruits, square of roasted lamb with herbs, ice cream grout grout of red fruits… A map renewed several times a year, to enjoy on the pleasant terrace lined with palm trees.

Hyéroise, je m'y rends ponctuellement le vendredi car leur aïoli est à tomber... Tout est frais et fait maison. Un régal en plus de la vue sur petit jardin sympa et sur la mer. Je recommande ????

A great hotel with warm friendly staff who were amazingly helpful with everything. Our grandchildren loved it and were treated like VIPs! The food was delicious and the breakfast was perfect. OK, the room was a bit small and a bit 'tired' at the end of the season but everything was clean and worked well. If we go back to Hyeres, we will definitely stay again. Thank you!!
