A completely obsolete restaurant, whose decoration has obviously not changed since its creation years ago. In fact, besides the freshness of the products and the quality of the kitchen, this is also why we appreciate this address! The staff is charming and professional, and we are really happy to find the same team from year to year. The Pothuau is one of the few restaurants where you can enjoy a real good bouillabaisse without having booked it: with its success and reputation, the boss is sure to sell everything that has been cooked! If you are not used, your server will be able to break up your fish.

Cozze vecchie a prezzo stratosferico, i gamberoni decongelati 4 a 30 euro, al posto dei calamari ci hanno portato filetti di seppia decongelati in salsa simil rubra.......non so esattamente come è abituata la gente a mangiare, sono venuta perché ho visto le recensioni........quindi non bocciato, di più!

Bon repas pour la réouverture : terrine de saumon et saint-jacques, encornets à la tomate et une délicieuse omelette norvégienne. Le service était agréable.

Per non parlare della serie di ciotole per cani con avanzi di riso, zucchine in umido e burro salato fuso, tutto evidentemente vecchio scaldato e riscaldato... mi sembra assurdo che questo ristorante sia trai primi in classifica nella zona di Hyeres.
