Nicole and Thierry, also caterers, are particularly fond of Sarlat's foie gras, which they cook in the torch and decline in different ways - fatty liver pasta, in particular, is a necessity! Among the specialties of the house, we also appreciate the duck duck and the marmit of Sin Mignon. Great travelers from Vaison-la-Romaine, we delight in the fact that these two have laid their bags in Hyères a few years ago, to share their taste and passion for good cuisine.
