Lotuséa has been a furniture specialist for the last 5 years. Its main sources of supply are in Indonesia, Bali and Java for Teak, Mahogany, Acacia mangium, Bamboo and water jacinthe, in the north east of India for Le and Thailand for Rubber. Manufacturers are selected for their professionalism, quality and monitoring of their production. Their ethics are also a parameter to be taken into account for total respect for natural resources and the environment. The furniture is made by skilled cabinet craftsmen who prefer the quality of construction and finishing. The quest for originality is also important. Note that some collections are made exclusively for Lotuséa.

Je viens d'avoir une expérience très désagréable avec la livraison d'un meuble commandé chez Lotuséa. Apparemment, leur transporteur ne connaît que les livraisons en zone urbaine car ils ont débarqué chez moi (en zone rurale, routes étroites) avec un camion porteur d'un container ferroviaire. Les chauffeurs n'ont pas voulu s'engager sur notre chemin ; résultat, en guise de "livraison prestige dans la pièce de votre choix", nous avons été livrés à 500 mètres de chez nous. Le meuble très lourd a été mis dans notre petite Clio 3 portes et nous avons dû le sortir et le porter nous-mêmes. Nous avons demandé le remboursement des 79 euros de livraison. Considérant que la livraison s'est déroulée de façon normale, Lotuséa a refusé de rembourser la totalité et n'a pas proposé de compensation. Marchand à éviter.
