At the gates of the city, the nature base François Léotard is a vast playground. Its 135 hectares of greenery even include a sandy beach! But before thinking about relax, think sport: The Base is a health course and a fitness area for exercising exercises in complete freedom. Those who prefer the walk can try the walking trails or the permanent orientation route. Finally, cyclists and rollers can have fun on a cycle path or on the bosses ground for the most brave.

The Fréjus coastline extends over 7 kilometres and offers several beautiful beaches. Five of them are located in Fréjus itself (les Sablettes, République, le Capitole, Port-Fréjus and the beach of the nautical base); three others are located in Saint-Aygulf (plages de l'Argens, des Esclamandes and de la Galiote). With its 800 meters long and its comfortable width, Saint-Aygulf is one of the largest beaches of the territory of Eastern Var. Nice for families, it is also popular with kite surfers and windsurfers because the wind is frequent.

Present since 1995, this company allows you to fly over the bay of Fréjus in a parachute (the biggest in the world!), accompanied by state-qualified instructors. You take off and land, smoothly and safely, on the platform of the boat that tows you. In addition to tandem flights, you can fly with up to 5 people. You can also pilot a water scooter, with or without a license, under the supervision of a state-certified instructor, for an initiation or for a 2-hour tour to discover the Esterel massif from the sea.

It's the biggest mountain bike event in the world! Established in Fréjus and Roquebrune-sur-Argens since 1997, the world's premier mountain biking event is now attracting over 20,000 participants every year. Amateurs and professionals of all ages are increasingly lining up at the start of the various races on offer. For five days, numerous events are organized at the various sites of the Fréjus nature reserve. The Roc d'Azur is also a cycle show, bringing together all the major bicycle brands.

Edmond and Joëlle will take you sailing on their 20-meter schooner with a red hull, a teak deck and an imposing steering wheel. For the day, you will sail along the Maures massif and its different bays. You will anchor in the superb bay of the Canebiers for an aperitif, a meal and the relaxing part of the day before returning in the afternoon to Port-Fréjus. For half a day, you can embark on a trip to the Corniche d'Or, the Esterel or the Massif des Maures or as an aperitif for the sunset at the Lion de Mer island.

Since 1988, the club offers 3 main activities to discover the underwater environment: snorkeling, the first dive and the discovery pack, as well as various training courses to improve your level. The center includes two classrooms, a space to store the equipment, another for individual divers and also a store. The sites visited by experienced divers are those of the Lion de Mer, the Golden Island, the Antheor barges and the Rubis submarine.

Located in front of the nature base, the circuit puts two tracks, equipped with timing systems, at your disposal, one of 600 meters for adults and the other of 130 meters for children. Together, they form the 730-meter track used for challenges for individuals or companies. In the summer, appropriate lighting allows for night-time practice. Each session includes the loan of a helmet and a neck brace for children, a briefing and 8 minutes of driving.

Karin and her team of passionate people, state-qualified instructors, are waiting for you to discover the underwater world in four areas: the bay of Saint-Raphaël, the Golden Island and the Cap Dramont (very rich in fauna and flora), Anthéor and the Cap Roux, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with notably the wreck of the Rubis at the Cap Camarat... Different formulas are proposed: explorations, FFESSM and PADI trainings, baptisms, palm hikes... The center has two boats moored in front of the store, an advantage to load and unload easily.
