Restaurant in a vineyard in Fréjus with a nice terrace and specialties prepared with local products

In his open kitchen, chef Fabien Pasquale prepares a tasteful cuisine, where most of the products come from the vegetable garden or from local producers or craftsmen. The menu is short, composed of 3 starters, 3 fishes, 3 meats and 4 desserts, a limited choice always guaranteeing freshness. You can taste these specialties in the elegant dining room, redecorated by the owner's granddaughter, or, during the good weather, on the vast terrace with a view on the vineyards.

Lors de mariage, nous avons découvert cet endroit magnifique. Les personnes sont accueillantes, le cadre est magnifique. Le repas était merveilleux. La chambre était fabuleuse.

Un avis un peu tardif mais une expérience parfaite. Nous avons testés le restaurant une première fois en couple, puis avec mes parents. Le service est impeccable. Deux fois le soir et nous avons eu le temps de bien profiter de notre soirée. L'établissement a accepté notre petit chien. Des produits frais, une carte variée et un cadre splendide. Nous avons hâte d'assister aux évènements de l'été.

Établissement magnifique dans un domaine idyllique. Nous venons de célébrer notre mariage à la bastide et tout a été parfait. De la première prise de contact au déjeuner de mariage .Une équipe très professionnelle et aux petits soins.Bref une journée magique.

The restaurant is part of a beautiful vineyard , in an old building with a nice view over looking the vineyard olive trees and roses , the food is excellent specially La Caille and the service is amazing, thanks to our hostess Freddy , she was really nice
