Right in the center of town, Loïc Balanec and his wife Élisabeth welcome you to their first long dining room, which spills out onto the pedestrian street in summer, or to their second vaulted room, a former 16th-century cloister. This passionate chef prepares gourmet cuisine by instinct, using seasonal produce: a tart of raw and cooked seasonal vegetables, langoustine tails cooked a la plancha, a variation on grape tomatoes, picatta of tuna cooked a la plancha, roast lamb fillet, a moist almond and pistachio cake for a sweet note. A sure bet!

Service professionnel et efficace même si la serveuse n'est pas du tout souriante.
De prime abord cet espace voutée crée une surprise mitigée mais lorsqu'on connait l'histoire du lieu, cela apporte du charme et du caractère.
