Starred restaurant in Flayosc elaborating the superb seasonal cuisine composed of 5 or 7 acts
The talented Chef Benjamin Colombat and his star obtained in 2017 and kept until 2021, handed over in March 2019 to his Executive Chef, Louis Rameau, who arrived accompanied by Pastry Chef Eric Raynal (winner in 2020 in the Michelin "Passion Dessert" selection). In addition to the large room with round tables set under a luminous glass roof, two cosy and warm lounges offer a more intimate neoclassical atmosphere to enjoy the superb cuisine of the place. The chefs offer you a superb sequence of 5 or 7 acts according to the seasons.
