After its annual closure for a well-deserved holiday, the restaurant of the 3-Star Hotel Domaine du Lac, located in Flassans-sur-Issole, near Brignoles, has just reopened with menus as tempting as ever! There is a choice of five starters, five main courses and five desserts, among which we would be tempted by a Marbré of duck foie gras, red onion compote with wine, followed as a main course by Linguines with morel mushrooms, parmesan shavings and julienne of coppa. And for dessert, how about an exotic Charlotte mango passion fruit, almond tuile? To be tasted inside the old 18th century building, or on the shaded terrace, as soon as the first fine weather arrives.
