A good address at the foot of the village of Fayence, offering a menu of fish, shellfish, seafood and meats.
Situated at the foot of the village, this restaurant offers an iodized menu, where fish, with daily seasonal arrivals of sole (cooked à la meunière), skate, red mullet, sea bass, sea bream and cod (for the famous Provencal aïoli) rub shoulders with shellfish and seafood. Meat lovers are not forgotten, with duck magret, lamb mouse, pieds et paquets, 3A andouillette, and the house specialty, tête de veau ravigote. An excellent wine and spirits list, with numerous references.
