The dough is crispy even under the topping, the cheese is melting and the choice is incredibly varied. We love Matino's speciality: " nonna rosinella aux cime di rapa " with turnip leaves and smoked cheese! As for the pasta, it is fragrant, tasty, hearty and cooked to the minute, with a special mention for the pasta alle vongole. To finish, try the creamy panna cotta or the homemade bergamot ice cream.
