Antony Dos Santos, the chef of this restaurant of traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, plays the natural card by serving local and organic vegetables. Every day, he proposes a slate suggestion and a welcome menu, obviously renewed according to the seasons, home made wild boar terrine perfumed with rosemary from the hill, hot goat's candy and tomato confit, roast duck breast, fresh fries and vegetables of the moment, wild prawns flambéed with rum. As for his pizzas, they are cooked over a wood fire.

Opening time and information on LES 3 MARCHES

Open all year round. Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner; Tuesday for lunch. Booking recommended. Menu 25 €. Card: approx. 34 €. Lunch formula: 19 € (starter + main course or main course + dessert). Wine by the glass. Lunch 14 €. Pizzas 9 € to 13 €, on site and to take away, every day except Tuesday evening and Wednesday.
