Since 1990, this family-run duck farm has been dedicated to the artisanal and family-run production of duck foie gras and the whole range from this palmiped, in preserves and fresh products. On direct sale at the farm, you will find here duck pâté with porcini mushrooms, duck rillettes, salted and dried duck breasts, fresh duck breasts, preserved gizzards, duck ravioli, whole semi-cooked duck foie gras, raw liver, grain-fed chickens, guinea fowl, capons, as well as some pâtés and ready-made dishes: duck cassoulet, duck neck stuffed with foie gras.

MOULIN COMMUNAL DE CALLIAN

Olive oil producer

This communal mill, managed by the Callians olive growers' association, which dates back to the mid-19th century, was put back into service in 1976. Every year, from mid-November to the end of January, about a hundred members come here to have their olives crushed. The old-fashioned way: with grinding with a millstone and pressing with scourtins. From 200 kg, you can leave with your own oil, fruity green or ripe fruity. Visits by reservation and according to availability.

Armelle Janody and Rémy Foltête created this centifolia rose (or May rose) and tuberous (Polianthes tuberosa) farm in 2011; since then, they have become the exclusive suppliers for Christian Dior perfumes! Although they only open the doors of their flowery paradise on open days, they also produce delicious syrups and preserves, which are sold at the Ferme du Laquet farmers' market (Tourrettes), at the Café des Arts (Tourrettes), and at the Maison du Lac (Tanneron).
