She creates with passion confectionery, delicacies, and cakes to measure for all occasions. Try her inimitable apple, hazelnut and raisin cake, her hazelnut and chocolate cookies, her mini fruit pavlova or rum baba to share. Clotilde has also taken over the village bakery with her partner. In the kingdom of olive oil, vinegar is king, and David Doczekalski's vinegars are real nuggets from ancestral recipes, and made in the respect of tradition. True creations based on rosé or white Provence, they have an inimitable taste. 15 years old, lemon thyme, green walnuts, saffron and the star of the house, the "trois bois" aged for 3 years in oak barrels and then for 2 more years in glass jars in the open air.

The Berenguier family produces olive oils of choice: the family cuvée "Coeur de Culture", which has been awarded many times in Paris at the Concours Général Agricole, and a single variety Ribier oil (also called Plant de Callas, emblematic of the basin). The know-how has been passed on for 4 generations to perpetuate the tradition in the land of the olive tree, always respecting the land and the environment. Aromas, scents and colours to discover in the shop open all year round as well as a video on the different stages of production.
