Fatty foie in truffles; low-temperature egg and roquette crème, basil-flavored pineapple and grapefruit, tomato-pineapple shredded, yellow zucchini copeaux and basil sherbet, olive oil salad from the Moulin de Callas, turbot sauce champagne and caviar.
