Brue-Auriac, a charming Provencal village in the Var region of France, offers visitors an authentic experience. The village was born from the union of two villages and still retains traces of its industrial past, with cloth mills, tanneries and earthenware factories. The streets lined with old houses bear witness to these past activities. The Brue-Auriac dovecote is a true emblem of the village. At 22.50 meters high, it is considered one of the most beautiful in Provence and the largest in Europe. Built in the 18th century, it could hold over 12,000 pigeons. For hiking enthusiasts, Brue-Auriac also offers great opportunities. The "Compagnons vignerons" trail at Domaine de Cantarelle is an easy 3 km hike through the region's wine-growing landscapes.
