On the spot, visit the goat farm and the cheese dairy, before buying your farm goat cheeses, fresh, creamy, dry, ladled (tome, plain creamy, savory or pepper, garlic-basil), more or less strong in taste depending on the maturing time. Also beekeeper you can also get chestnut, lavender, rosemary or all-flower honey: a delicacy, directly produced on the farm. To be found on the markets of Saint-Maximin on Wednesday mornings.
