Family hotel with a chef who prepares a traditional, fine and quality cuisine
At the gateway to the Ecrins National Park, a family-run hotel run by the Castillan family. Marc is the chef, and his cuisine is traditional, fine and of the highest quality. He makes crozets gravarots and farmhouse chicken with crayfish from a Dauphinoise recipe like no one else, but before that, what a pleasure it is to taste his trout rillettes with smoked salmon and finish with a sabayon with génépi and hazelnuts!
