At the exit of the Gorges de la Méouge, a site classified Natura 2000, the valley opens on Koenig-sur-Méouge, a small village welcoming with its hotel** restaurant «Pays de Pays» open all year, its camping*** bathed by the river, its small grocery store and its school with a superb solar dial.The village used to have 6 churches, it was set on the heights around the Chapel of the Sixteenth of the Sixteenth Century, which can be seen at night.The parish church St Michel of the 3rd century has been very redesigned, has a window with bays with windows, a small arcade clocheton which gives it a certain look.The village is on the route of the Chemin du Soleil between Orpierre and Sisteron, the VTTistes can choose a refreshing stage in the Gorges.Several hiking trails are also nearby, and the famous GR 946 passes through.
