Located in front of the Sainte-Victoire mountain in Vauvenargues, this 4-star hotel offers you an upscale stopover a few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence. Built with raw materials such as wood, metal and glass, the hotel is bright and modern. Its rooms, some of which have a terrace or a balcony, are all equipped with air conditioning, welcome products signed by the perfumer Blaise Mautin, or a flat screen with a bouquet of international channels. The hotel's gourmet restaurant offers dishes with Brazilian accents created with local products, such as foie gras with cachaça, a Brazilian alcohol.

The most amazing standout was the restaurant. This was the best meal we had in France. The chef does a French / Brazilian menu that is truly spectacular. The Hake with banana is one of the best things I have ever had. Also an amazing value for the tasting menu.
