Here's one of Sausset-les-Pins' finest restaurants, offering menus and à la carte dishes inspired by Provencal seafood and local produce. Bouillabaisse, bourride (to order) but also highly original menus. In the kitchen, master chef Ludovic Walter excels. The results live up to expectations. Starters include sea bream and lobster nems in sweet and sour sauce. For the main course, pan-fried turbot with beurre blanc sauce. Finally, to end on a sweet note, the parfait glacé with caramelized almond slivers and roasted pineapple.
