A pleasant bistro offering tapas and homemade food in Salon-de-Provence.

The concept changed at the beginning of 2020. If you can still enjoy a good glass of wine accompanied by an excellent charcuterie or some tapas, the Bistrot Morgan (until recently called L'étable à vin) now offers simple, home-made dishes. As for the wines, there is always the same choice and the same service, with sound advice from the staff who know their business well. The establishment is pleasant and the staff always has a friendly smile. A good plan for a relaxed and gourmet stopover.

Ce lieu est incroyable ! Cela fait plusieurs mois que je vais là-bas et jamais rien à redire ! Pizzas excellentes et les desserts absolument incroyables. Un petit défaut par contre pour les pizzas : la pâte est assez épaisse. Le restaurant est chaleureux, personnel accueillant, rien à redire sur ce point. Une dernière chose qui me fait enlever une étoile : à chaque passage, une nouvelle feuille arrive avec les plats. Ce n’est pas très écologique sachant que certains restaurants proposent la carte avec un QR code ou la feuille à la demande.

Je conseille vivement ce restaurant.
