A great place offering well-seasoned and well-cooked offal in Salon-de-Provence.

Meat lovers have found their place! At Entre2côtes, you will indeed have an impressive selection of quality products: black angus beef steak, steak of Piedmont, Limousin tartare steak, pork loin Pata negra, duck breast... It is also the perfect place to enjoy offal on trust. Including a traditional sausage, veal kidneys with mustard sauce and veal liver with parsley. Futé enjoyed its smoked duck breast salad followed by an immediate smoked salmon steak with sweet spices. Well seasoned and well cooked, these dishes satisfied our carnivorous appetite! We will return to taste the gourmet hamburger with its steak of 180 grams and his duck foie gras...

Personnel très sympathique mais pas très attentif … La viande est très bonne. Nous avons essayé le bœuf Angus. Mais l'os à moelle qui était inscrit au menu n'a pas été servit. Nous l'avons demandé, mais la serveuse ne nous l'a tout de même pas apporté … de même une des sauces poivre avait été oublié et il a fallu la demander, c'est dommage. Côté déco la salle du haut est assez bruyante à cause de la climatisation/ chauffage et résonne un peu. Déco un peu vieillotte...

Je reste sur un avis mitigé pour cette adresse située sur la place Morgan, au centre de Salon. Nous y sommes allés un samedi soir: salle bondée, beaucoup d'attente pour avoir les plats. Des pichets d'eau qui n'arrivent pas, comme les sauces, froides. La patronne s'est à peine excusée. C'est dommage car la viande et les plats sont bons.
