A great sushi place in Salon-de-Provence.
The must of the sushi at Salon! Not only because the fish are remarkably freshness, whether they come from not-intensive and labelled aquaculture but also because here all dishes are made on the spot such as: Nigiris, makis, californias, sashimis, gunkans... the menu is really attractive. The top for Futé is the scallops maki, yuzu, masago and chive. But you will find also many cooked versions like the maki shogun (chicken, masago, Japanese mayonnaise, cucumber) and the california ebi-maohi (shrimp, pineapple, cucumber, sauce kabayaki sweeten-salted sesame and coriander). Among the specialities, taste absolutely the kot and roll with cucumber, Philadelphia cheese, avocado, crab, lined salmon, shrimp, tuna, eel, sea-bream and mackerel. Adorable welcome.
