At the foot of the Château de l'Empéri, this former medieval farmhouse is home to one of Salon's finest restaurants. The owner, who is also the young chef Elsa Frachet, has been trained by some of the world's greatest chefs, and is looking forward to serving you her 100% home-cooked cuisine. She works exclusively with top-quality vegetables, meat, poultry and fish, and changes her menu according to the season and the catch of the day. In the dining room, set against the stone walls of the château, or on the beautiful covered terrace, you'll enjoy the pleasure of a rare experience.

Open Wednesday to Friday evenings; weekends lunch and dinner. Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Menu: approx. €25. Terrace.
Owner's Message
When I took over the Restaurant L'ENDROIT in Salon de Provence in 2019, I was seduced by this old farmhouse set against the wall of the Château de l'Emperi, with its old stones and inner courtyard, which is a magical place. My cuisine is tasty, affordable and traditional, entirely homemade. I only work with fresh produce, and give pride of place to vegetables, citrus fruits and spices. My cuisine is inspired by my Mediterranean roots and my travels.

Les menus sur la carte sont alléchants, l’entrée très bien le plat moyen, viande trop cuite presque cramée à l’extérieur et pas vraiment saignant ( si c’est du décongelé je comprends) mais ça passe pas vraiment
les pommes de terres grenailles coupées en deux et cuites et recuites pas top non plus. Même les enfants de la table d’à côté les ont laissé car pas de frites avec leur Burger.
Mais ce n’est que mon avis.
