The establishment has been delighting the taste buds of Saint-Sauveur residents for some thirty years now, and that alone is a guarantee of quality! The new owner continues the tradition of excellence! The setting boasts a chic, modern new decor. You come here to eat A.O.P. Camargue bull, but also fresh fish. On this particular day, we tried the chef's royal parillada with wolf fillet, cuttlefish, scallops and prawns, and were won over. We'll be back to try the monkfish with chorizo and ginger yoghurt cream. Believe us, we enjoyed it!

Bémol un peu moins de gras.
Accueil et service au top, très professionnel, ça devient rare ces temps-ci . De plus d'une patience à toute épreuve vis à vis de certains clients casse c.....es.
