Cuisine based on Camargue A.O.P. bull and fresh fish in an authentic restaurant in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
The establishment has been delighting the taste buds of Saint-Germain residents for some thirty years now, and that alone is a guarantee of quality! The new owner continues the tradition of excellence! The décor features a magnificent collection of gardian hats, where you can dine on A.O.P. Camargue bulls and fresh fish. That day, we tried the chef's royal parillada with fillet of wolf, cuttlefish, scallops and prawns, and were won over. We'll be back to try the monkfish with chorizo and the ginger yoghurt cream. Believe us, we enjoyed it!

Closed from November 15th to March 1st. Open Friday to Wednesday, 11:30am to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm. Menus from €23.90 to €33.90. A la carte: approx. €25 (meat or fish dishes). Children's menu: €11.

L’accueil est glacial, la nourriture est infecte et les deux serveurs sont insolents. Dommage que le dirigeant n’est pas du tout à l’écoute de ses clients et qu’il n’entend aucune remarque du client. Je pense que cette équipe devrait changer de métier. Heureusement que durant notre séjour nous nous sommes rendus dans d’autres restaurants aux saintes maries de bien meilleure qualité avec un accueil très chaleureux.

Les encornets farcis sont secs et insipides ainsi que le riz qui accompagne ce plat..!! Pour un plat à la carte on peut espérer mieux..
Quant au café liégeois à 11 € quelle déception.!!!
Nous n'y retournerons pas..
