Historical establishment in Saintes, for its succulent wood-fired pizzas. Taken over by the Armieux sisters, a family from Saintes, and the fishermen Fabien and Ludo. The fish arrives directly from the boat, with the catch of the day. You will enjoy the gardiane of bull AOP raised in the Saintes, or the exceptional pizza with burrata! As for the desserts, we suggest you the unavoidable... And for those who are wondering, "l'asti" is the spade of skewers in Provencal. An address not to be missed!

Choqué !!!!!!! confondu avec un ancien client et accusé à tort d'avoir trouvé déguelasse leur pizzas, je me suis vu refusé le service ... je n'ai jamais vu ou entendu ça dans toute l'histoire de l'hôtellerie restauration...surpris par cette agression je tiens à signaler au gérant que si j'avais été ce fameux client mécontent je ne serai certainement pas revenu et oui messieurs ! Cet événement est arrivé le vendredi 1er novembre 2019 au alentours de 13h00.

Le cadre est simple, la déco typique et l'accueil toujours chaleureux !
Les plats sont savoureux, uniquement des spécialités locales, et le restaurant est ouvert toute l'année.
Je vous recommande ce resto, qui est devenu mon étape inconditionnelle !

A restaurant with a very pleasant setting, type Camargue. Open all year round! Quality sign in a very tourist and seasonal area. A cuisine with good taste Provençal. It became our favorite and regular restaurant with family and friends. I recommend!!
