A fine and original cuisine in a restaurant with an original decor in Saint-Rémy.

The place is quiet, pleasant, the service impeccable, but it is especially in the plates that we appreciate the visit. Indeed, the chef strives to serve a fine and original cuisine. At first glance, the plates seem a little light, but in the end, you leave the table with your taste buds totally satisfied. That's what we're looking for. The decoration is original and the place is a little out of time, although the hotel and restaurant are located in the heart of the city. As far as prices are concerned, we are in a four-star hotel. It's a choice!

This hotel seemed like it once was a very nice hotel, but it appeared to be either understaffed or not well taken care of. The rooms were nothing special, and there was a lingering smell of sewage in the room, maybe from disuse. I would have rated it lower, but the front staff was so friendly and so very helpful. The location was great with very easy walking to the towns attractions. The breakfast was the typical breakfast with Baggetts, croissants, other bread, cheeses, meats, and fruits.
