Arthur, Johan and Jessie opened this establishment in October 2018 around a common passion for meat. This passion can be felt by detailing the menu, which presents high quality meats. There are tartars, burgers but also matured meats. As for the desserts, they are the perfect complement to the meal.
The wood-fired cooking is perfect, the welcome is up to scratch, what more can we say, except that we must give a distinction to the waitresses and waiters who are adorable? To the table!

Dîner fort sympathique, cuisine savoureuse, qualité du service, ambiance très agréable .
Nous avons fort apprécié les rhums offerts à la fin du repas.
Nous reviendrons certainement à l’occasion d’un prochain passage à St Remy

Personnels très agréable,Vin très bon, en revanche la Côte de Bœuf pour 2 un peu petite mais bonne cuisson! Les chaises pas top (dossier bas dans le dos, et assise étroite,selon morphologie pas agréable...) puis un peu déçu de ne pas avoir eu de Troprovencale pour le dessert! Crème brûlé vu et revu!
