Ever since Cédric Aubert opened his restaurant on Puyloubier's town square, people have flocked from far and wide if they want to eat well. The restaurant has established itself as one of the leading establishments serving simple, home-cooked cuisine using local, quality produce, with an eco-responsible approach. The South inspires the recipes, from the butcher's cut and the catch of the day to the seasonal dessert. Warmth and sunshine are the order of the day on the plate, with a generous helping of aioli. We're happy to sit on the terrace.

Quant au vin les prix sont exorbitants et le verre est servi à 12cl pas un de plus ...
Bref une note pour 2 à 83e totalement injustifiée que ce soit en termes de qualité ou de presentation.
Quel dommage nous ne reviendrons pas.
