Ever since Cédric Aubert opened his restaurant on Puyloubier's town square, people have flocked from far and wide if they want to eat well. The restaurant has established itself as one of the leading establishments serving simple, home-cooked cuisine using local, quality produce, with an eco-responsible approach. The South inspires the recipes, from the butcher's cut and the catch of the day to the seasonal dessert. Warmth and sunshine are the order of the day on the plate, with a generous helping of aioli. We're happy to sit on the terrace.

Serveuses pas très agréables , font passer prioritaires certains clients au détriments des autres …. 15 min d attente pour ouvrir une bouteille et une fois arrivée repart pour mettre les parasols à une autre table deux parasols pour ces clients moi en plein soleil et à attendre qu elle ouvre la bouteille …. Des manières qui laissent à désirer sur le service …
