To taste various meat dishes in a very famous address in Maussane-les-Alpilles.
It was the bad surprise of this beautiful Sunday. However, this establishment had good press, but during our visit it was no longer the case. A rather cold and impersonal welcome, a feeling of tension among the waiters… the atmosphere was already spoiled before the meal started. We were hoping that the chef would make up for this little inconvenience with his talent, but no. The service was fast, really (too) fast, because the dishes: lamb shank and Texas burger arrived as cold as the welcome, and the Burger bread did not seem fresh. Perhaps we should have checked the weather before leaving to know that it was freezing on the Alpilles that day.
In short, we quickly ended the experiment, without having coffee or dessert and set a fairly high bill, under the sorry eye of the waitress who had understood that something was wrong.
It's a shame because the meat really looked of good quality.
