A very well-maintained beach, located in the commune of La Couronne, with access for people with reduced mobility

Martigues is not a name that necessarily springs to mind when you think of going to the beach. And yet, the town has plenty to offer. In addition to the nearby Plage de Sainte-Croix, the Plage du Verdon, known to locals as La Couronne, is also noteworthy. It is located in the small commune of La Couronne and has been cleverly designed. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility and very well maintained. A large parking lot makes it easy for bathers to get here.
