A subtle and refined cuisine with a southern flavour in Martigues.
In these places you will find a subtle and refined cuisine with the flavours of the South. The map, which is diverse, proves that: filets sardine fillets and its crispy vegetable gourmand, pappardelle ink, fresh duck bowl of fresh duck at the Beaumes of Venice, compotée red onions in alfalfa, or wood fire pizza. It's a great choice. But the Domus is also a trattoria (located on the first floor). Three menus at attractive prices (€ 16, € 23 and € 29) offer more typical dishes that feel good the Great Boot.

I had ordered in the menu at 33 €:
- A wallet crusted goat cheese bread to hazelnut and pan pear caramelized apples.
- Seared swordfish, tomato sauce with capers and vegetables of the moment.
- Shortbread with creamy chocolate, chocolate mousse, walnut of santo domingo, ice coffee.
Despite this delectable meal, I found it a little expensive.
Beware, only be taken by telephone will be taken into account, but the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, all year.
