This guest room is located on the 6th floor, in the home of Mr. andMrs. Evrard, owners of an apartment in Le Corbusier's Unité d'Habitation. In this Cité Radieuse, listed as a historic monument, the 1950s decor and the designer's genius practicality have been preserved. Separated by a movable partition, the 2 bedrooms become one. From the loggia, the view of the sea is magnificent, but don't miss the opportunity to climb to the top floor, where the roof terrace overlooks the entire city. Nearby are the Stade Velodrome, the Palais des Congrès, the Prado beaches and the Calanques road. Public transport is available close to the building, but it's best to have a car. Free parking.

The owners are very friendly (like the accommodation) and surplus in love with the glorious city.
For your information, the breakfast is very decent (bread, jams and even the yoghurt are prepared by the owners)
The room in fact 2 rooms separated by a sign but is rented as a single room therefore one enjoys 2 times more space. Indeed, the owners always rent all the same person or family therefore impossible to find themselves with " étrangers" in this area.
The very comfortable double bed 2 is close to the balcony; it allows you to fall asleep by feeling gentle breeze fresh the night: very pleasant in summer. There are also 2 single beds, spread over the 2 rooms. This part is very well isolated and separated from the apartment with private shower and toilet.
One loved benefited from the balcony night watch star, the shower- cabin as in a boat, books everywhere, to go up on the terrace on the 9th floor and a view 360° on any Marseille, chat with the owners glorious city (www.marseille-citeradieuse.org). You could be in the house! So much nicer than a hotel. One came by chance, you will go back by desire.
