Bistro offering a nice slate of salads, grills and dishes at low prices in the Sainte-Anne district of Marseille.
It's hard to date the creation of this bistro, as it's so much a part of the décor in the little Sainte-Anne district. Some say at least a century, and Marseillais are not known for exaggerating. The fact remains that you can enjoy a good, affordable lunch here every day of the week. A fine slate of salads (Italian, hot goat's cheese), veal kidneys in wine merchant sauce, prawn risotto or grilled sardines. A popular address in the neighborhood, ideal for a quick, home-cooked, hearty lunch.
