L'Epuisette overlooks the cove of Marseille from its promontory and enjoys a panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean. The starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu has been cooking since 1999 and offers dishes with Mediterranean flavors, cooked with fresh and local products. You can taste the Baudroie aïoli with black garlic, the bouillabaisse or the turbot while being lulled by the coming and going of the small fishing boats on the deep blue sea. The cellar is a real treasure, sheltering exceptional wines of the soil of Provence.

L’Epuisette is a restaurant right next to Mediterranean Sea.
You can see Château d'If by the window seats.
The service was nice. We are from Taiwan and waitress said “你好” to us with smile.
And the most remarkable was their Aspic of Bouillabaisse which was a aspic reach of the flavor of Bouillabaisse.
The second remarkable was “Red mullet, cooked and raw Tomato water and Kimchi butter.”
We are from Asia and familiar with Kimchi. I must say this was the best Kimchi dish. The flavor was balanced and really tasty. It was out of the way how Asian use Kimchi in dishes. Really surprised. And the red mullet was cooked perfectly.
Finally, the petit four cart was cute. You can choose anything you wanted.
Reasonable price, high quality cooking, beautiful sea view.
1er novembre 2024. Je recois 1 mail de " l epuisette" demandant de signer une petition afin que ce restaurant réputé puisse rester sur les lieux sans se faire ejecter par la metropole.
La vie est faite d evenements etranges....Moi je n ai rien recu comme reponse de ce restaurant en juin 2024 au moment ou j en avais besoin. Rien a cirer du clients... alors rien a cirer de vos histoire . A bon entendeur..
