Located on the lively Cours Notre-Dame-du-Mont, this is one of the most lively night bars and where you can come and wiggle your hips for part of the evening. You enter the bar by a long and elegant bar where the staff is ready to serve you beers, spirits and other cocktails. At the back, a small room constitutes the dancefloor, often warm and lively atmosphere, djs with various influences and good sound installation. The audience is young, friendly and relaxed. In the early evening, happy hour allows you to have an aperitif on the small terrace in front of the bar. Nice staff and security, all you have to do is let yourself go

Welcome to Black Bird Coffee, one of the city's best coffee shops (our favorite). The decor is cosy and modern, with big leather armchairs, shelves of books and pretty hanging plants. Eugénie takes care of the cooking: carrot cakes, homemade fondant cookies, banana bread... On weekends, you'll flock here for a delicious brunch featuring a savoury platter and an all-you-can-eat sweet buffet (remember to make reservations). The best in town, in our opinion. At lunchtime, there's a slate of suggestions. Lovely welcome.

Red Lion Down Town is a friendly pub where you will find a wide selection of beers of all colors. Rock 'n' roll atmosphere in every sense of the word. The majority of clients are young. The service is nice. All the elements are gathered for a good evening! Football matches are also available.

Opened in the summer of 2021, La Soifferie is attracting a lot of attention among the new bars in Marseille. A vintage decoration, a relaxed atmosphere that fits well with the Cours Julien district, people come here to taste delicious home-made cocktails, punches, a selection of craft beers or organic wines. A few small plates to go with it all and you're off to a great start to the evening. There is no doubt that at La Soifferie, it will not only be a question of thirst but also of moments of life.

The gallery café of the Varieties, the cinema independent of the centre, is a haven of peace to extract from the constant movement on the Canebière. Well kept secret, it doesn't show its presence in front! Emki Pop is first and foremost a name that will remind you of delicious popsicle sticks. A local brand born in 2016 and delicious sorbet sticks that can now be found in many outlets in the city. But since 2017, Emki Pop also rhymes with a cafe, the first sedentary address after months of work in a scooter. A nice little café in the Vauban district, where you can taste the house specialties, the latest ice cream novelties, but also a wide choice of gourmet hot drinks and some very fun. Some small tables on a raised terrace in front of the store. A real charming little address.

Just a step away from the Plaine and the Cours Julien, a new little setting for a quality literary break. This bookshop-café welcomes you in a serene atmosphere, ideal to cut with the crazy rhythm of the city. The small terrace has a few tables where you can enjoy a hot drink and even nibble on a soup, salad or sandwich of the day, very generously garnished. On the bookstore side, a nice selection of classics and new books, very good advice. A smart place if ever there was one.

It's an address that's getting people talking. Perched on Cours Julien, in a street of flamboyant street-art, this surprising wine bar has made a specialty of showcasing "orange wine". An astonishing color for our eyes, but so pleasing for our curious taste buds. The color is obtained by vinifying a white wine close to a red wine. A fine selection of vintages from all over the world. The fine wines are accompanied by the cuisine of the chefs in residence each month, Valentin Raffali, the chef-owner having embarked on new adventures.

Located on Crudère street, this bar has everything to please: a welcoming counter, an authentic and warm decoration and especially... a great selection of beers! Ten drafts of the day are served and change daily. Some are foreign, others French... and there are even local ones! The Voie Maltée's premises are also regularly taken over for an evening for artists' exhibitions, acoustic concerts, dj nights and many other events. Try it out for a lively evening!
