A beautiful discovery of Ukrainian hospitality. A cuisine of typical dishes and flavoured vodka shots or excellent Russian beers. Here, the specialities are therefore Ukrainian and Russian with the essential kortchma. As an aperitif, a honey chili vodka or a cocktail... based on vodka, of course, to pass dried fish to be nibbled, which smell a little strong and dry your throat slightly. A kitsch decor, reminiscent of a cottage or farmhouse from another era but so exotic! As a starter, Russian salmon and red caviar pancakes, potato balls with pine nuts (Kotletys), herring salad (Seliodka pod chouboi), then traditional Stroggonof beef served in a jar, but also pork brochettes (Ukrainian Chachlyk) or salmon in a special Russian sauce and finally, between two caramel and plum vodkas, Oladouchky with honey and jam.
