A creative seasonal cuisine in a bistro in Marseille.
Opened in September 2018, this bistro is a tastefully rehabilitated former bar-troquet, the historic counter preserved and recently refurbished. A beautiful spirit in the kitchen, with aesthetically pleasing plates composed of qualitative, seasonal products combined and cooked with savoir-faire. On this day, for example, the menu featured rump steak, ratte potatoes and blue cheese sauce. In the evening, gourmet plates to share: half-dozen oysters, homemade tarama or trout gravlax. During the day, the neighborhood enjoys a coffee and a drink.

Depuis 3 à 4 mois, dans le quartier, c'est un peu notre cantine et nous faisons connaître à nos proches cet endroit. Le service impeccable, Louis et JC toujours très sympas et dynamiques et la cuisine excellente, qui change au fil du temps et des saisons, cuisine authentique avec des saveurs exceptionnels++++ Bravo au chef pour cette cuisine !!! La fois précedente : salade de poulpes (un délice) et la Burattina et cette fois-ci 3 entrées : Poulet, burratina et la terrine.
