Restaurant inviting to the gustatory journey through the Scandinavian cuisine, the Smørrebrød and salmon recipes are to be tasted

In 2020, a small sensation in the culinary and gustatory landscape of Marseille. Just a stone's throw from the Place de la Joliette, in a bright and elegant space, two young Marseillais are blowing a wind from the North onto your taste buds. After a stay in Denmark, they brought back this Scandinavian appetite for "black" bread, wholemeal bread, in richly filled sandwiches. Treat yourself to a voyage of discovery to meet the Smørrebrød. A healthy and nourishing breakfast. Choice of recipes, some with salmon of course. In winter, soups of the day. Sweet tooths will appreciate the homemade Kanelbullar, delicious pastries rolled in cinnamon. Succulent!
