On the stall, you can choose and only quality meats selected by the butcher, farm meats from the Limousin, poultry from a breeder in the Lower Alps, meat from around the world and matured and Kobe beef, a tender, marbled and tasty meat, the only ones in Aix to offer it. Large catering department also with ready-made meals, stews, lasagna, gratins, pies, terrines to help you out or on order for your receptions. We also recommend that you sit at the restaurant side. The concept is successful, it is better to book.

The Virgile Cellar is run by the sommelier Virgile Zibolt who worked in starred establishments before settling in Tholonet. He has selected for you wines from the French terroir and in particular small producers, as well as champagnes produced by small harvesters. A wide range of whiskies and rums is also available. You have a choice in a very reasonable price range, about sixty bottles from all regions at less than 10 €. Winegrowers come to present their wines; targeted tastings for customers. It is possible to book the cellar for group activities.

CHÂTEAU CRÉMADE

The AOC Palette is one of the most confidential in France (40 ha in total).The vineyard of Château Crémade extends over 9 ha, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. The wines express the richness of the terroir and the know-how of this winegrower, in organic culture. The red and the rosé are made from a blend of grenache, syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, durif, castet, brown fourcat... There are 16 grape varieties in the red and 10 in the white, which is unique in France. Some of these varieties have even disappeared elsewhere. The wines are regularly awarded gold medals.
