Romantic restaurant with terraces in an old post house in Eyguières.
A romantic atmosphere is guaranteed in this restaurant, housed in a former coaching inn. To recall this original function, some tables are separated by original horse stalls! The charm is total... And when the weather's fine, you can take advantage of two terraces (one sunny, the other shaded by a 400-year-old plane tree). The owner and his team offer a cuisine without false notes. Just a few examples of dishes to whet your appetite: camembert roasted in calvados, onion confit and andouillettes; halibut cooked in red wine and salmon gravlax; 5-hour lamb shoulder; boneless chicken supreme stuffed with oyster mushrooms and topped with chorizo cream; chocolate religieuse... And let's not forget the gourmet plates, available in land or sea versions (with ultra-fresh morning fish). Smiling, efficient service.

Très bon accueil y compris le service.
Nous nous sommes déplacé pour le menu autour du homard et ce fût une belle surprise, saveur et cuisson métrisée en plus d'une belle présentation de quoi satisfaire nos papilles.
Très belle continuation à vous et à très bientôt ????
Rapport qualité prix plus du tout au rendez vous, plat manquant de goût et de générosité.
Dommage.
PS: le jeune serveur très agréable et compétent.
