A kitchen from fresh products for original recipes in a place in the middle of nature in Eygalières.

A quiet place, in the middle of nature, relaxed and unpretentious, this is what L'Opale offers at first sight. Inside, the decoration is a surprisingly successful mix of classicism and modernity. We feel perfectly well. The staff is there to increase this feeling of being important. But it is in the plates that the spirit of the house is revealed. They are a pleasure for the eyes, before being a pleasure for the taste buds. The cooked products are fresh, the recipes original. You will have understood, we adopt it!

Opening time and information on L'OPALE

Closed from December to April. Open on Sundays for lunch. High season : from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Single menu at 49 €. A la carte menu : 28 € approximately. Brunch : 54 adult ; 24 € child.

Très belle découverte

Une vraie recherche de saveurs, très belle créativité, bravo et merci au Chef , au sommelier qui nous a servi des pépites et à toute l'équipe en salle et en cuisine qui a été aux petits soins ! Nous avons testé le gravlax de maquereau, les gambas rouges marinées, le dos de cabillaud aux algues et pour finir un magnifique dessert cacao/huile d'olive. Hâte de revenir pour découvrir les autres plats !

Des découvertes gustatives de saison, une atmosphère apaisante intimiste, un personnel attentionné, des cocktails créatifs surprenants... La bonne recette pour passer une jolie soirée en amoureux.
Nous étions venus l'été 2022, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Mediocre food combined with horrendous service, hundreds of mosquitoes. The setting is nice but who wants loud music during a romantic outdoor dinner in Provence?
