Chez Paulette starts with a warm welcome. Then there's the setting: a small, shady terrace, set between the old stones of the neighboring houses, and, inside, a décor that plunges you into the atmosphere of 1960s Provence. And of course, there's the cuisine. It's all about homemade recipes, cooked in the kitchen just behind. The products are eminently fresh, and the portions sufficient. Don't miss the tasty desserts, including the crème renversée topped with caramel - delicious!
