Restaurant offering gastronomic cuisine based on local and seasonal products in Eygalières.
In a simple and modern decor, you can taste the cuisine of Laurent Clareton, who left his restaurant on rue Vernet in Avignon for the small Eygalières village. A gourmet cuisine that highlights local and seasonal produces. Everything is performed with mastery and meticulousness: the dishes are superb! Futé recommends you the mid-cooked red tuna and leeks fondue, and acidulous vinaigrette; the royal sea-bream, bread with the clams and knives, crude peas gourmet sautéed with beurre blanc and the grapefruit tart, lemon-yellow sorbet. Note that Laurent organizes every midday Sunday a brunch with starter, suckling pig on the spit and desserts.

Un vrai style pour ce bistrot dans le très joli village des Alpilles, Eygalieres. On déjeune à l’étage, ou à la seule et unique grande table du rdc, ou en terrasse. Serveurs très sympa. Belle carte des vins. Nous avons adoré les assiettes à partager (carpaccio de daurade, jambon de Parme, antipasti de saison, panisses, pizza au fromage). C’était cool, bon, détente. Je recommande vivement !
