Travel Guide Cornillon-Confoux

It is a beautiful village perched on its promontory, with a beautiful view over the plain. In the streets of very beautiful facades of ochre stone houses hide discreet and lush gardens. On the passe street, we walk along the houses on the edge of the cliff to discover splendid views of the Étang Pond. visit the tower of the Belfry and the pretty church Saint Vincent. On the market day the village is animated around a few stalls of local produce. In the hamlet of Confoux, you can observe bee walls whose niches dug in dry stones called apiers were designed to protect insects from weather. Instead of the Manoir on the old Aurelian route, we can see a former village of bories, small houses of beautifully preserved stone houses used as shelters for the farmers of yesteryear.
